First 5 days...did really well!

Protein - 103 (at least)
Fat - close to 100 right now (will pull that back in a few weeks)
No exercise yet. Just getting my mind wrapped around these macros.0 -

Goals for this month are:
Take my daily vitamins
Up my H2O to 100 oz/day
Discipline to combat eating triggers
Carbs <20%
Exercise 30 min walking 30 min 5x/wk
Find a new social activity
I'm pretty good with keeping carbs low as long as I don't run into a strong eating trigger. Need to get consistent with daily vitamins and exercise.
So glad I went back to a low carb diet but really discovered ketogenic after reading Dr. Jason Fung's book. I always lost weight on low carb but would be shamed and worried by my doctor to eat carbs. Now his wife put HIM on a grain free diet and he lost 30 pounds. Grrr. I gained back 80 pounds after following his "orders".
So I'm sleeping better, have more energy, less GERD and stomach upset, fewer muscle and joint aches and pains. I could go on. This is the WOE for me.

Carbs under 50g but will work to lower into the 30g range
Workout is at gym on arc machine 45-60min plus plank and core, 1day aweek weights ughh. workout 6x a week
water is my thing 96 oz + and coffee mmm
food crockpot queen. steam veggies in season. Protein bar
I loose weight very slow but slow is better than not. The weight I wore for years is melting away and I am healthy mind body and spirit. Just pray my DH will get it together and get his weight off too. But I can only work on me so it is.

New Day, New Week. On the sunny side, no alcohol all weekend! I've been abstaining for a while now, and don't miss it. ON the negative, my carbs and eating pattern hasn't been good at all. I've put back on 10 pounds since my lowest and haven't been getting my mojo back. That realization is a bit of a shocker after all the good work I did last year. One thing for sure, You can't diet, arrive at where you want to be, and then go back to old habits. Doesn't work that way. I know it. This week I'm sticking to the plan. STARTS TODAY!

Carbs below 50 (I usually go below 30 but I'm having some weird hormone fluctuations so I might experiment with a bit higher here and there)
Try to get up a little earlier...I fail this goal monthly but I have got to do something. I'm running late ALL the time.
Updating to add in supplements! I keep forgetting them! Remembered ONE day.
Ready for week 2 and hopefully some of these things will be a little better. I was kind of in a funk this week so hopefully I'll be in a better, more motivated mood this week!

Yesterday, tired of being nauseated perhaps by so much protein in my IF feeding window, I ate some earlier in the day, thought less about food in the afternoon, did end up with more total calories, so I couldn't have a treat, but I kept under 1200.0 -

I've had a weird second week...cracked femoral neck and enter crutches. Sore underarms, back, hands and arms. No more swimming at the beach this year!
I've upped my water, so heck yeah on that. Also been staying on top of sodium which feels good.0 -

I've been doing this WOE since June 1st and only an extremely small change in measurements.....no change this week at all...*sigh* I don't have a scale at this house, so I don't know if I'm losing fat0
