JMBD & Vacation

I will be going on vacation to new york in a few weeks from Wednesday - Sunday. That will be the same week when I am supposed to move on and start Phase 2.
A part of me wants to enjoy myself and not do the dvds for those 5 days.
But I don't want to lose all my progress either.

Any suggestions as to what I should do?

    I did it while on vacation over the 4th and am planning on doing it while I travel at the end of this month and the beginning of next month. I, however, am a fanatic about things that have calendars. If it says to do a workout on a certain day, I want to do that workout on that day. Plus I feel an amazing sense of accomplishment doing my workouts when others would have taken rest days. If you are okay with taking a break, take a break. Then when you come back, see where your endurance and strength are at. If you need to repeat a week, that's okay. If you feel strong and right with it, keep moving on!

    You will probably enjoy your vacation so much more if you do it! That's how I felt during the week of Memorial Day. I took my laptop and videos and did it every day.

    Vacations usually involve splurging on food and alcohol (especially in the Big Apple!)...so, you will likely feel better about it if you do it. And you will keep that beautiful muscle tone you've earned during the first four weeks!

    Think about it...it is only 30 minutes, you don't need much room (no more suicides!) and you will feel great!
