Thursday morning is my official weigh in day, and I'm down .4 this week. Still trending down for the summer.

Does anyone else have Thursday as their WI day?

    Thurs has been my official WW WI day for years. We used to have a regular group of GoaDs post every week. Then it got down to me and one or two others.

    My WI was +.6 today and I'm happy after a -5# last week. A BD dinner at Italian restaurant Sat and road trip with my 12yo grandson that included two meals out. I even had a 29SP small vanilla shake at Chic Filet❗️

    Thursday is my WI day. Down 1.8!
    Back in the LT free 2lb zone. Yipee!
    1.8 left until goal.
    Can't wait to be "back where 'I' belong......"
