Ohhhh, My Back!

Pulled a back muscle last Tuesday so I laid off exercising till this past Tuesday, but now it feels worse. So don't know when I'll attempt it again. On a brighter note, I have been able to up my calories this week. I'm also doing better on drinking water the past couple of days.

    Slow and steady does it when it comes to back pain. I've lived with it for over 10 years. Wish you a speedy recovery:smile:

    Exercised twice so far this week, back feels better. Yaaay!
