Hey everyone

Does anyone know any Youtube channels that are good for beginners yoga? I've been trying to do some basic yoga at night to help improve my flexibility. Thanks!

    Definitely Yoga with Adrienne! Lovely to get started and she has two 30 day series that I know of. Otherwise www.doyouyoga.com and www.doyogawithme.com also have links to a few youtube videos and their sites are very good for all levels.
