I would eat it if I could stick to one serving size and it didn't give me cravings for sugar.
Looks ok to me.3 -
I would... just not the whole bag...2

Exactly. ^^2

I think I might just avoid the cranberries. I have been completely off added sugar for just over a month and I'm worried that I might start slacking!2

I wouldn't. 1 oz is nothing. I'd be like ahhhh just one more tiny handful. One more. One more. Omg where'd the whole bag go?!?12

So much this! I bought trail mix for my movie last weekend (kids had candy...) I intended to eat half the bag, but ended up eating all of it. Thankfully it was only a 2 serving size bag, or I'd of been way over carbs...
If you can stick to a serving or 2 it's not bad at all nutrition wise.2 -
You could even make your own Keto trail mix. I always carry pecans and shredded coconut with me in case I need a snack. Make sure you get coconut without added sugar!2

Here's my typical snack. Especially if I want a sweet flavor.
Comparing your label to this one, it's really not bad. I only get 3 tablespoons for a serving. But I'm able to stick to that if I'm concerned about overeating. I really just eat til I'm done and have no idea how much I eat. But this bag lasts me almost a month. I don't eat it daily either. But I could.

I couldn't do it because of the sugar and honey - sugar causes an arthritis pain reaction in me (but only sometimes - I just never know which time it will be)0

This is me too, I have to stop myself from buying trail mix. I have no problem with the numbers for a serving but I will eat an entire bag, and it adds up fast1 -
macadamia nuts mixed with pepper jack moon cheese is the bomb... just an fyi... Only 2 net carbs for 35 g of macadamias too...0

Prior to keto I had taken to buying dried fruit and nut mix and eating it on the drive home. Logic was that I would eat that before dinner, and wouldn't be as hungry. One day I realized that my baggies of mix were getting bigger, yet my portions at dinner stayed the same. Poured out my ziplock and measured the portions for the first time. Figured out that my "healthy" snack was giving me over 1000 calories just on the drive home.
Threw it away. I now occasionally have a couple of string cheeses and pepperoni. All portions measured to fit in my macros. 1 oz of trail mix is nothing. You would either be really disappointed, or end up overeating it.
Ultimately it's your decision, but I wouldn't. I don't trust myself around foods like that.2 -
I wouldn't eat it because it's "healthy". If trail mix is in my future, it will be the really unhealthy stuff complete with M&M candies! To my mind, that is what trail mix should be. It's okay to eat healthy but decadent food should be left decadent. imho, of course.1

Something is wonky with the nutritionals, I eat bobs red mill flaked coconut and it only have 2 net carbs per 15 grams. 4 grams carbs, 2 grams fiber. Bobs is a big company so I would assume they have it right. (I work for another big organic food company but not sure who is "lets do organic".0

For me a mixture nuts, sweetened cranberries and coconut would be roughly equivalent to "Heroin? Oh, thanks; just a tiny little helping can't hurt, can it?"2
