That's kind of a 'duh' and I know you probably didn't mean to sound rude so I'm just blaming my own mood. KetoDiet App is a website and app for Keto support and recipes. They regularly have challenges whether you are new or you fell off the wagon and need the motivation a challenge gives some people. It's a really neat website with lots of good recipes.2 -
