Hi! Getting back on the wagon here. I have lost weight in the past, and have found that clean eating is the only way I'm able to do it. I found myself at 50 years old, at my highest weight ever. Moved to a new city, staying with my brother, I figured change is good, so working on it again. I really love myfitnesspal. I didn't have this around the last time I lost a huge amount of weight, and this is a great tool.

Great support here. At 55, I am at my healthiest, after working really hard for the last 15 years, making one change at a time, I've lost 250 pounds. I'm active, healthy, and have energy. I'm now pescatarian and eat as cleanly as I can. It's the journey, baby! Good luck!
