Quick question

Hello folks, I'm working on a chart for the group. when you do the weigh in please let me know your target weight. The more often you post your weight (no matter if it's a gain or loss) the better I can track it. Thank you all and keep it up.

    The problem for me is that I don't have a target weight.

    I just hit my second goal weight and will set another shorter term goal again, but the end product is more of a "until I'm satisfied" because I know I'm not going to go from 350 down to the medically dictated "ideal" weight of 170.
