I've been slacking, I'll be weighing soon and find out the damage. I tend to not want to post when I have a gain, but I need to get beyond that and take the bad with the good.1

Lost half of what I gained the previous week. Not doing very well, but I did go away for the weekend and have monthly. So hoping bloating and water weight will go away soon.1 -
Drink lots of water..keep moving forward even if you feel like your going backwards1
