How do you get your water in?

I track. I don't drink coffee until I down some water first.

    I use my blender bottle and NuMi app to track my water intake. 64oz of water minimum each day. If I need something flavored to jazz it up, I'll use Crystal Lite packets. Mango Tea is one of my favorites and only 10 calories.

    I've never really tracked my water before. I drink water at the gym, at work, at home. I also drink tea, and probably too many iced coffees from dunkin' donuts. XD

    I quit drinking sugary drinks, so outside of almond milk I pretty much consume water or beverages brewed using water.

    I like to add lemons and cucumber to water as well. Very healthy. :smile:
