This last 2 weeks I have been putting my daily food a week in advance in myfittnesspal. I've been doing a weekly menu for quite a few months now which has definitely made my shopping a lot easier, but I think by putting my food for the week into myfittnesspal it will help me regulate my carb and fat intake etc.Since I started my LCHF lifestyle I have lost 8 inches of belly fat and 55Lbs! When I started in April 2015 I weighed 16 Stone 3 Lbs my current weight is 12 Stone 4 Lbs my target weight is 12 Stone! So 4 Lbs to go. My blood sugar which was in the high teens is now almost back to normal although still taking meds I have had 1 tablet taken away and x my finger I will have less to take in the future.

    @VivianRosser - nice progress!

    Be sure to watch your blood sugar like a hawk, as the transition from losing to maintaining a steady weight can be tricky to manage for a T2D (and of course everyone's different).

    You're doing well, and yes, prelogging is a fantastic way to keep yourself on track, so long as you make yourself stick to your predetermined intake. As you also noted, I found it to be immensely helpful for shopping and for avoiding grocery waste as well. I've always heard people complain about how expensive "healthy" eating is, while neglecting the old adage "the most expensive food, is the stuff you throw away".

    Woohoo! Fantastic. I thought I was pre-logging when I input lunch and dinner at the same time lol. You really moved the bar. Thanks for sharing!
