Brain sugar and quitting smoking

I quit smoking a week ago today. I spent a solid 3 months deep in keto in preparation.
I've been reading about how oxygen and sugar works together to fuel the brain. Too much of one and the other doesn't work. I've got way more oxygen in my blood now than I used to but the same amount of sugar.
If I'm keto adapted and my brain is fueled by ketones will the imbalance of sugar and oxygen even be an issue?

I've no idea about that specifically, but I know that amino acid supplements, specifically L-Glutamine in conjunction with others, have been shown to help with addictions, including alcohol and sugar, and such, so I imagine it would be something worth digging into....as a back up plan, @dancing_daisy ...0
