Hubs, the vegetarian, watched a video about the perfect steak. I've been perfecting it, with his assistance. So tonight (for me) was: a sirloin, some butter, some thyme, a super hot cast iron skillet. When that was nearly perfect, I added some steamed brussels, and a bit more butter and let them brown in the butter.
OMG. YUM.
Add chardonnay and we have nirvana.

Salmon with anchovy garlic butter. I used the cast iron skillet. And at the end I added some spinach. SUPER YUMMY.1
