What do you suggest to set goals at in percentages? I want to keep carbs at 20 per day.

I set my macros to 5/65/30 c/f/p, since I'm not a premium member, which you have to be to set macros outright, without using percentages.0

I set mine to 5/20/75. At 1500 calories that is 20g carbs, 75g protein and the rest in fats.0

I just maneuver mine around so I bet the amount of carbs want and protein I need. The fat fills in the rest.1
