I posted this in the Over 50 Ladies group, but wanted to put it here too! I'm on to the next phase of my weight loss journey today! After maintaining my goal weight for a few months I will be having plastic surgery (first of this phase), today!! I'm having a tummy tuck, and a breast lift done!!

After losing almost 160 pounds it's time to put things back where they belong, lol!

I know that I wouldn't be here without the support of this group!! Many have made lasting impressions on my ability to reach this goal!! I Thank you all for your continued inspiration in my life!! I look forward to continued support from all of you too!!

    Best of luck!! Can't wait to see a new "after" shot. Hang in there for the few days "after surgery" which I hear can be uncomfortable. Think of the new you!

    I'm home now, and in my recliner. Pain isn't as bad as I expected it to be, but it does hurt when moving around! Have some great pain medicine too!
