10/1 is my very first ever bridal gown shopping appointment and I really want to be in the 130s by the time it rolls around.
And 10/14/17 is our wedding date, so I'd like to have been at my goal weight and maintaining it by then!1 -

I'm thinking it's doable because I expect to drop my first few pounds fairly quickly due to water weight. I might see how the first week goes and adjust from there if needed.

Had another good week, kept up the good eating, thought I looked bloody gorgeous when I saw myself in the mirror during my spinning class the other day, so high expectations this morning. And you know what? Nothing. Zilch. Nada. Pfffft. I blame Tom.

Crud. I thought I had a better week. But...I think I overdid it a bit on a few days, and couldn't resist ice cream last night! 150 seems to be my magic number. Just can't stay in the 140s for long. Better kick it into high gear next week:

Hello Everyone! So here's my weigh-in. This week was better than the other one, I got to exercise more, I ate better this week with few unhealthy snacks. I see changes in my body, specially on my hips and waist, which are geting smaller, and toned but my thighs are still huge! aff!
