Oct 6 (goal date): Under 170...I hope!
This week was really rough for me; I was super busy with work and school and schoolwork and I had something scheduled for almost every single day that prevented a good workout or instigated a poor food choice. I felt like a big fat failure all week, but apparently I didn't fall off the wagon too hard. A loss is a loss! It's just a little loss, but it's definitely encouraging to know that even a few bad days in a row won't ruin me any more.
Side note: Woke up this morning to husband making coffee (yay!) and PIZZA for breakfast. Literally. I woke up to the smell of coffee and frozen pizza in the oven. I resisted! I ate a few sausages off the top, but stuck to my protein shake, OJ, and Greek yogurt for breakfast (along with my coffee, of course).3 -

9/1: 132 - I'm not too concerned that I went up b/c I know I haven't eaten over 3500 calories to gain actual pounds. Water weight is a mother, lol.

9/16: 130.8 - the last 2 days I weight in at 130.4, so I'm thinking it's a little water weight from my cycle that's due next week or from working out. Either way, I'm really happy with my progress.

I was really busy over the weekend, so I didn't get to get on and post in the thread. I'm super close to my September goal. This past week was not the best eating wise. I went over my calories almost everyday, but this is a new week and there's no use crying over old calories.2 -
I'm weighing in a day early, as this time tomorrow I'll be in a plane on my way to Italy for 4 days of prosecco and pizza with 7 friends, woooooo!
I'm 0.3 kgs off my intented target this month but delighted with the result anyway. No doubt I'll have to start from scratch again after this weekend, but that's okay!

Overall I went up a total of 4 oz. Considering the roller coaster my weight took and that I was sick for half the month... I am very happy that I came out with only a 4 oz gain. I am looking forward to the October group! I know I'll get closer to my goals with all of you!

So the goal of under 170 won't happen by Thursday, but I've lost a few pounds (slow and steady, right?!). I started tracking my measurements again, which has been really helpful as the scale doesn't move as much.
Measurements on Sept 12:
Neck: 13.25"
Bicep: 12"
Chest (measured at fullest point): 41.25"
Waist (measured at smallest point): 34.75"
Hips (measured at widest point, just under belly button): 42.75"
Butt (measured at fullest point): 43"
Upper thigh: 25.5"
Calf: 14.25"
Measurements on Oct 2:
Neck: 13
Bicep: 12
Chest: 40
Waist: 34
Hips: 41.5
Butt: 42
Upper thigh: 24.5
Calf: 14
So even though I'm only down about 2lbs, I'm down over 7"...so that's nice. I'm now shooting for 1lb/week until Christmas, so that's only 10lbs, you guys!!!
