Quinoa and Arugula Pilaf

I made this for dinner. When I make it again, I'll sprinkle the cheese on instead of mixing it it. I think I'll get more flavor from fewer calories that way. The recipe says it makes 6 servings, but I divided it into 4 servings, 150 calories per serving.
