Fiber? (TMI)

I know I'm not getting hardly any. The BM's are getting infrequent and even though I don't feel bloated I'm thinking this maybe one reason my weight creeps up then down after a good BM? Tried exlax last night and nothing much happened this morning or today I drink plenty of water. Somewhere around 120 ozs. (Have an app called "waterlogged" to keep up with that)

It's normal to have small infrequent bm's when low carb. If you're not in discomfort you aren't constipated so exlax won't do much. If you feel backed up more fat and magnesium can help.2

If you're not feeling a heavy gut, you're probably not constipated. You definitely go less frequently on low carb because there's much less junk and filler in our foods.
I actually experienced some constipation off and on for months and what resolved it was going pretty much full carnivore and eating almost zero fiber at all. Very surprising! But I feel best if I don't eat veggies (I already didn't eat any grains) and I go almost daily again. No constipation at all anymore unless I consume fiber.1 -

I'm noticing that this may be true for me as well....veggies=gastric distress for me lately. Who'd have thunk?0
