Goals... One week at a time

I've posted this already on my newsfeed but thought I'd share here as well. I've struggled a lot lately so I've decided to make a few goals for the week and hopefully will stick to them.
1. Keep my carbs under a max of 100g a day. This is higher than I have had them in almost 3 months. Hoping the wiggle room will let me enjoy a good or 2 I've been missing a couple times a week while still staying quite low carb. I'm sure at least a few days will be much lower .
2. Make time for me!! As a mom I tend to put myself at the very bottom of a very long to do list. I need to take time for me everyday other than just my basic hygiene routine. This is a BIG ONE for me right now as I know my lack of self care has brought on feelings that caused a few of my binges. I must remember I'm worth my time too!!
3. Stay accountable for everything I eat! On bad days I have a habit of just stopping logging for the day out of fear of being judged by others (I know I'm crazy). I'm switching to a private diary to help make it easier for me to stay honest with myself.
Im hoping by sharing this it will help me stick to them. Feel free to share any goals you have for yourself this week.

Great goals! If you need support, we are here for you!
I don't really have any specific goals except for stay on track and cut some body fat. I don't' really have a specific amount in my mind because I don't really know how much I really have (guessing about mid 20% by pictures) but ideally, I would like to be sub-20%.

You are so right about the "me" time. When my kids were little I complained to my (then) husband that I didn't even have time to think my own thoughts, because I was always planning and anticipating what they would need, or reacting to their actions and answering their questions. Their needs always came before my own. When they finally got to the ages where they were more self-sufficient, I started taking better care of myself, and it made a huge difference in my physical and mental health.
Your kids depend on you for so much, and being a healthier Mom will benefit them as well as you. You are definitely worth your time, too!5 -

I changed my goal midstream. My new goal for this week is to eat intuitively instead of obsessing over every little thing I put in my mouth and meticulously logging and planning my meals. I sat down here this morning and almost went straight to my diary to figure out the day, but I stopped myself! Let's just let the day happen and see where it goes...
I feel like such a rebel. *giggle*4
