Oh well I'll try again here, lol: long story short, I'm 30, weigh 218, want to weigh 185, used to workout regularly now with work promotions and the usual grown up crap I haven't worked out as much.... OMAD has always called to me after reading about ancient warriors eating in a similar fashion. I'll keep posting!0

216! That's good because I already had a splurge day where I ate a ton at dinner AND had a lot of ice cream for dessert an hour after..... Celebrating my promotion this week. But I'll take 2 pounds down, going into a week I should be able to stick with one meal per day0
