But I just want to express just how wonderful this board is!! It's like a family here but not a dysfunctional one... Lol we've got loving moms crazy kids even the crazy aunt!!
You guys have helped me stick to this thread and to this WOE!

    Seriously, this group has made it SO much easier for me to adapt to the keto lifestyle. The encouragement, advice, and recipes posted here have made it almost effortless!
