All week low carb the 1 day high?

New to this idea. been low carb for a few months now. but wondering if having 1 day off is still going to work for me or if 1 week doing low carbs (20g or less) then another week of counting calories Would be better for me? i Haven't read any books on carb cycling so guessing a lot... how do I decide??

I've been doing low carb too and recently switched to carb cycling. But I do low carb all week then one day higher carb but vegetarian. (ie meatless mondays). It seems to be working thus far and has helped curb my cravings a lot.0

You aren't supposed to have low carb days for more than three days in a row. You need you're carbs for exercise.2
