I am happy with my results this month. Down 3.2 lbs.
I finished induction and started upping my carbs, so ended up at 40nc per day level. I did notice that certain carbs did not keep my hunger at bay as well as others when I added them.
Many thanks to baconslave for these challenges, they can help. I decided to go LCHF because I saw no loses for months eating CICO. I knew something had to change. I love the allowed foods in this way of eating, and most of the time I have 0 hunger between meals, which is a joy unto itself for me.
