just starting hybrid!

Hey all! Just wanted to say hello! I've completed my first round of Turbo Fire and had great results. So I just recevied my ChaLean Extreme and am doing a hybrid of both. I started my weight loss journey at 225 when I delivered that last of my 3 babies. I lost 35 on my own over the course of 16 month and then lost another 35 pounds recently with turboFire in 12 weeks! I've got about 17 pounds left til I hit my goal of 135 and need LOTS of toning! I'm hoping this combo will help me do the trick. My husband is also waiting on Focus T25 so that may be added in as well :) Please feel free to add me as a friend! I'm pretty got with support and staying active among friends. I also have a group called It's Fit-Possible where we have daily posts of recipes, challenges, discussions, etc if you want to join us.     You will love Chalean Extreme. You should try it alone first before doing the hybrid. It might give you the kick for those last pounds. Or at least do the 3 lifting circuits each week and sub in TF for the cardio days. I am starting T25 next Monday with a challenge group, and hope to add in some CLX lifting circuits in there too. Have to check it out first. I'll send you a friend request.

    I'm going to join you! I've created my own hybrid schedule: Chalean Extreme and Turbo Jam workouts (I don't have TurboFire, just tons of different Turbo Jam DVDs), so I do strength training workouts on M-W-F and cardio (from both Chalean Extreme and Turbo Jam) on T-Th. I also add Abs workouts throughout the week.
    I have a 10-month old baby, so I exercise when she's napping.
    I am 140 lbs now at 5'8''. Want to get down to 130 (ideally to 128, as I used to be once when I was at the best shape of my life).

    I'm 6 weeks through CLX and 2 weeks through my CLX/TF hybrid!!

    I do CLX M/W/F with a TF HIIT added on
    Then TF T/T/S - the longer Fire workouts rotated, plus core

    LOVING it so far!!
