Sad that it is down to us, but at least we are still here. For this one, if my knee is having a bad day, I will take out the jumping in and out with both legs and do one leg at a time. I know it isn't as intense, but it all depends on the mood of my knee for the day.
So, yesterday, I did about 10 of these. Today, I will get some in after work.0 -

I'm good so sorry for being absent. I didn't do any yesterday but did 30 today. I'm hurting but I keep pushing myself

Great job! I got about 20 squat jack's in, but I did about 40 regular ones. That jump part doesn't agree with my joints. Looking forward to week 4.0

@lanidavis86 - Wooohooo! You are getting so much stronger! My workout DVD tonight was strength training with lots of squats. Sorry that I am not doing the Jack squats, but I will finish this out with you.0
