Best way to get into Ketosis

Ok I've been low carb for quite some time now, using keto sticks etc. I lost motivation and starting seriously again. Tracking, exercising, eating right etc. Ive tried and tried and can't seem to get back into ketosis or get the scale to move in weeks. Any tricks to get started again? Thank you.

If you are consuming less glucose than your brain needs, you are in ketosis.
Ketosis does not equal automatic weight loss.3 -
Super low carbs.
Avoid anything that can spike insulin, like sweeteners and some fiber.
Vigorous exercise.
Fasting will get you there in a few hours, especially if you add exercise.
Also, testing with the urine strips may not show ketosis even if you are there at lower levels. The urine can be dilute and throw off the test.1 -
Don't eat carbs. Get a little exercise to burn what is already in your system.1

I only get above trace ketones if I don't eat for a day. Or two. If I eat over 30g of carbs my ketostix are negative although I am sure I am still in some form of ketosis.1

Great ideas. Things I didn't even really think about . I think my protein may be adding up without even thinking about it. Grabbing nuts , cheese even eggs etc for snacks can be great but can add up quickly.1

Carbs below 50 grams per day will almost guarantee ketosis, even if strips don't register them! Keep on keeping on, and the scale will catch up! The body in ketosis wants to heal itself first! Weight loss becomes a side effect, but will happen once the body becomes satisfied with the level of healing. This can take some time for many, but as long as you maintain the carb levels it will happen! Hang in there!5
