Hi.m not too fat as such.always been active.thought this time i plan to go all the way.for people who ever bullied me for being bit on heavier side.Want to have a body that i always admired

    I like your commitment. Just out of curiosity, what's your vision of the ultimate hot body? It's always fun to see other people's definition.

    And keep in mind, while its nice to have a vision of someone else's hot body you would like to emulate, make sure you are in reality striving for YOUR ultimate hot body, which may look far different.
