Greetings. I joined MFP in 2014 and lost 80 pounds. I took a little break and gained 15lbs back very quickly. I started getting my act together and now I am down to 170 and looking to get to my goal weight of 140. Between switching jobs and being in a relationship it has been really hard to get back into a healthy eating habit/working out schedule.

I'm back on my bandwagon and now I have my boyfriend joining my journey. I've never wanted to be "Skinny", but I want to be healthy and show other women that it CAN be done.

I'm ready to show myself what my body can actually do, what it is strong enough to do.
