    1. Yes
    2. Most mornings. In the past (when I was at or below my goal weight), I weighed EVERY morning. Now that I'm a little over goal (by 3 pounds) and back in losing mode, usually only every 2-3 days.
    3. Track progress

    1) Yes
    2) First thing in the morning, several days a week. My goal is to weigh in daily, but I'm a creature of habit, and that habit isn't set yet.
    3) Accountability and perspective. Plus, all my friends are doing it.

    2. About once every week or two, but lately I've been avoiding it.

    1) Do you have a scale at home you CAN weigh yourself on?
    2) Do you, and how often?
    3) Why?

    1 - yes
2 - Every day! And I track it on the Libra app
3 - Because the scale doesn't lie to me (at least over time), but sometimes I lie to myself. I need the reality check! And it sure it more fun when it's going down!!!
