For some people yes, for others no. Depends how sugar alcohols affect you. I subtract them but others do not.1

This just happened... I can't find Halo Top. It was pretty good, though 8g carbs is pretty steep for a treat that's not a Green and Blacks...

For this product, yes, subtract the SA. erythritol gas a GI of 0 and is excreted from the body, so it is one that is truly "no calorie". Always read what sweetner is used, Many do have a GI and are metabolized as carbs.1 -

Great point. (Some of those nasty SAs don't stick around very long - Sorbitol, Mannitol - but they probably leave carbs behind.)
Do you have a list of common responses to SAs? That would be a handy thing to have.
