Definitely coffee! Then after my WO and shower I'll make an egg white spinach scramble topped with salsa with a piece of dry toast. Since I don't eat my breakfast until after my workout it comes more around lunch time.2

40g porridge oats with about 200ml skimmed milk, mixed with creatine in the week. Or 3 eggs scrambled on two wholemeal toast on a weekend2
