    Definitely coffee! :p Then after my WO and shower I'll make an egg white spinach scramble topped with salsa with a piece of dry toast. Since I don't eat my breakfast until after my workout it comes more around lunch time.

    40g porridge oats with about 200ml skimmed milk, mixed with creatine in the week. Or 3 eggs scrambled on two wholemeal toast on a weekend

    Simple and quick is great. I'm already up at 4:30 for my workout. Any earlier for breakfast and I feel like I'd go crazy.
