Shaking all over!!!!

I did a 4km swim last night and ended with a calorie deficit of about 350 calories. I know the calorie count for my swim is wrong (I burnt more like 900 cals rather than the 700 it attributes), but I chose to go with the lower amount so I dont over indulge. Today I went to the gym and I was shaking like leaf. Admitidly I had a very low carb intake (about 5g net carbs) today, so I had a protein shake and some cheese when I got home to get the calories up. But now I feel absolutely wiped! Do I need more carbs after a swim training session? Has anyone else felt shaky and weak in this way....how did you get over it?

@kensmith108: So glad you posted the pic of Best Maid juice. At first glance I thought it was a photo shopped container, but googled and found it!! Yay!! Might have to send for some.

My favorite pickle juice is what's in those big jars you can get at some delis or butcher shops. I think they are fermented and different than the typical pickles you get at the grocery. They look like kombucha or ACV with "mother" in that there is slimy, floaty stuff in the juice. It even has a slight tingle on the tongue when you drink it. I have to shake it up before pouring.
