3 small zucchini halved long ways and seeds scooped out ends removed
1 can diced tomatoes
1/4 fresh basil torn or sliced fine
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup real parm(save half for the top)
1 portbella cap diced fine and cooked
mix filling and stuff in zucchini top with remaining cheese bake or grill till tender
bake at 350 for 30
I grilled mine on a rack for 30 minutes over indirect heat
