I was up 2.8 at my WI this morning, after missing two weeks. I know why I am up, and I am addressing the behavior, trying some new approaches.

How did the rest of you do this week?

    I was down 5.6 2 weeks ago.
    Up 2.4 last week.
    Down 3 this week.

    Since recommitting 7 weeks ago, I have lost a total of 9#s! I am at a weight I haven't seen since Oct of 2015. I've still got more to go to get back to my all time low last August, but I'm making progress! And progress in the right direction is very motivating!

    My WI was a wash today. I think back over the past week or two and recall somethings I coulda/should a done differently. Like that whole bag of Twizzlers I ate.
    My 2016 YTD total loss is -35# which is right at my goal of a pound a week.
    17 Thursday WIs remaining so I could/should be below 220 by 31 Dec. if I can end strong. BUT just scheduled arthroscopic knee surgery for 14 Sept.
