You dont need to read this or get on board, its for my own accountability, but if you want to set a very long term goal then feel free to add it.
My New Years Resolution is to start the New Year 20kg lighter than I am now. I think it will help to put it out there to stay accountable. 20kg will be a push but we need to have goals to strive for. (Thats 44 pounds to you)
Fiona has suggested that if I want to loose 1kg a week I need to up my calories to 1000-1200 a day. Its a scary thought but I will try!
So my aim now is to loose 800g a week till the end of the year. (Thats 1.7 pounds to you)
So im breaking it down.
88.6 kg today. (Thats 195 pounds)
29 JUL – 87
12 JAUG – 85.4
26 AUG - 83.8
9 SEP – 82.2
23 SEP – 80.6
14 OCT - 78.2
28 OCT – 76.6 (I would secretly like to be under 75 for my birthday but ssshhh, don’t tell anyone)
11 NOV – 75 ( Top of my healthy BMI)
25 NOV – 73.4
9 DEC – 71.8
30 DEC – 69.4!! Time to shop! (Thats 153 pounds to you)

Yay pancakes go for it! 69 really is a stretch, it's well below what I was aiming for originally but I was in a bit of a mood the other day and now I've said 20 kilos I'm going to go for it! I've started exercising again so hopefully that will help. If I can get he 44 pounds that will make 160 pounds lost in 18 months,!0

My husband has expressed concern at a 20kg loss, he thinks I need to stop now. I am going to change my focus a bit and rather than worry about the cales I will focus on fitness. Strength and cardio.0
