50...feeling old but feeling strong.

Not sure if I'll make it back fully but I'm having a blast trying to. 6'3 250 lb. 50 year old. Bad knees, bad back, surgically repaired shoulder. Benched Saturday, hit 315X8, 350X3, 370X1 and tried 385 but weight shifted to one side coming out of the rack to all my energy to bring it back to the groove so it pinned me half way up. Inclined 315X3 and 335X1. This was Saturday, Yesterday was an okay day, worked back and shoulders. Seated behind the head vertical presses, hit 185X10, 205X5, 225X3, and 250X1. Heavy pullovers have reignited the power in pressing.

Started doing heavy pullovers and my pressing has felt a lot lighter and making gains.
