I am new in this type of training, but I can't be happier, I have so much fun doing my workouts and finished them.
My body is leaner, but my weight is the same
i tracked my food intake and macros, for the moment I am taking it easy, but I want to lose 5 pounds

I am brand new to crossfit only a couple weeks in but already have lost inches and am really likeing it!0
