HDL Cholesterol Questions

Something similar has probably been asked and answered.
I had lab work done in mid-May and then again at the end of August. I started eating LCHF again in early August. My HDL cholesterol has dropped significantly from May (60) to August (38) as has my total cholesterol from 197 to 170, my LDL from 124 to 114 and my Non-HDL cholesterol from 137 to 132. My triglycerides have increased from 66 to 91.
So my questions are:
1. Should I be concerned about these cholesterol numbers?
2. Any ideas on raising the HDL?
I eat keto: chicken broth, chicken, fat, bacon, fish, beef & pork (once a week), salt. I only drink water.

While not what one would expect I found out the first year the numbers can get very screwy because it was 24 months in before my numbers started looking good . You feel OK?

I would probably wait til you've done LCHF a while longer (several more months?) and then compare again.1
