Fall into a change!

Like the title, eh? ;)

I'm thinking we should have a fall challenge. Doing what I don't exactly know, lol. Maybe for the month of Sept post a msg at least once a week? I miss you guys and I think we should regroup and get back in here.

Any thoughts?

    Hi Qt! I like your idea of a challenge. I like the checking in idea. Maybe we could also do a how far can you go challenge, walking, biking, treadmill, etc. How ever a person wants to move. (((Hugs))) to all you ladies :)

    I'm here! I rode my bike for two miles in fourth gear. I hadn't rode in about a week because of the crazy heat. It felt good getting back on my bike and I felt it for sure. I also walked a bit too, I got a doggy stroller for my Tzu, she likes it. She's just took in the scenery.

    Hopefully the weather cooperates this week. If not I gotta find other ways to get it in.

    I bet your fur baby loves going for a ride :) This week I walked/peddled 33.3 miles this week.

    Starting today I'm going to dedicate 20 minutes towards my health-physically, mentally, and spiritually. It could be a 20 min walk, meditation, prayer, journaling, or I could split it up- 10 mins in the morning and evening. Whatever works!

    This week I walked/peddled 34.7 :) And I didn't eat the whole angel food cake in one sitting, I only ate half of it :s

    This week I peddled/walked 35.3. :) And I was good about my eating.

    This week peddled/walked 23.4. I was down in miles but I stayed really close to my calorie goals so I am pleased. :)

    This week I peddled/walked 19.5 miles. We leave for TX for the wedding on Thursday, I have been slammed getting ready. I have been a little over on my calories daily but am logging everything so I don't feel too bad about it.

    This week I walked/peddled 11.6 miles. The wedding is now over and we are home, so I can get back to the business of looking after me.
