There don't have to be many rules for this challenge group to work, but there do need to be a few.
In order to keep this a safe space, please remember these things:
1. always be kind - we are in this together. Be polite to each other and encouraging, don't shoot each other down for making mistakes or doing things differently than you would do. Rude remarks and mean comments will get you removed from the group. Thanks for understanding!
2. Try your best to weigh in weekly - if you don't use a scale, weigh in by telling us how you feel! You don't need to give us a number if you aren't comfortable, but we want to know how you are doing.
3. Give it your all! Participate and make this the best challenge you've done - lose the weight, get healthy, get fit, and most importantly, have fun doing it! Let's reach our goals!
