Welcome to the Clean Room!

Did you stray from your plan? Have a cheeseburger or a whole meal on the way home to dinner? Finish off the rest the pizza that was intended for lunch the next day? Did getting a small snack turn into a meal's worth of calories? Did you let loose for a day and it turned into a weekend or a week?

Here is your chance to come clean and move on down the road. As Mr. Slim used to say, "what is posted here, stays here. Hear, hear?"

    Even when my weight loss line is well below the trend line and regresses back to the trend line as my body adjusts on a given week, it still bugs the kitten out of me. As a numbers person, I am not sure that I will ever not care about how much I weigh and what that number is.

    I've been on a steady decline for 11 weeks and had a 4 lb gain this week!
    I know what happened... I am responsible... I own it and move on!

    The holiday weekend was 5 days long and I didn't get back on track after. Yesterday was better thanks to my son who finished rest of my burrito that I said I wouldn't take home (I would have taken it and eaten it yesterday for sure!). Even back within my DPs yesterday, I ate mostly junk and felt like junk too! Yuck!
