I eat low-carb (and find it extremely effective), aiming for ~30 net g/meal or < 100 net g/day. With those targets, I can keep my blood sugar ~5.5-6.2 mmol/L (~100-112 mg/dL) 1 hour after meals. I haven't been disciplined enough for keto.
I would love to see the diaries of people also limiting carbs to get some food inspiration! Mine is public, if anyone is interested. I usually test in a pattern, but when I test after meals, I've started to record the values in my notes. Feel free to add me!

I do more of a moderate carb thing, but I've been eating a lot less carbs lately. Here's my diary from Tuesday. I don't always have a low day, but I often have low carb meals for dinner to keep my morning fasting bg low.
