A spin off from @MICHGOLFER2's question on the LTL thread yesterday . . .
Do any of you listen to "on topic" podcasts? I have an assortment of miscellaneous off topic faves that I like to listen to while running or at the gym, but I've never stumbled upon a podcast focused on weight loss, nutrition, or general fitness.
I listen once in a while to a few running-centric podcasts, but don't have a particular favorite at the moment. If anyone's interested, ten years' worth of an interesting running-themed podcast are available here: http://steverunner.libsyn.com/.

Half Sized Me is pretty good. She interviews people who have lost a significant amount of weight and does a good job focusing on maintaining large weight losses. I've also enjoyed Tips of the Scale and Evil Sugar Radio. They both have good archives but post much less frequently now0
