Homemade Smoothies or Shakes

I used to make these all the time. Not sure why I got out of the habit. My goto recipe was a scoop of vanilla protein powder, unsweetened almond milk, frozen blueberries or strawberries and lots of ice (the more ice the less carbs). It's been prolly a year since I made one. Anyone have a favorite recipe I can try?

Some people like to throw in spinach or kale if you want veggies nutrients hidden in your smoothie. Mint leaves and cucumber in with the vanilla protein sounds weird but tastes pretty good.1
