as its a brand new week what exercise will you be doing..

.Hello,
firstly thanks for your advice re exercise and water. This week I intend to go to the swimming pool for 3 x 1hr sessions of aquarobics, I think I have also found a 4th session in my area. This seems to suit me much better and it gives you a good workout. I normally get there 30 mins early so I can swim for half an hour before the class starts. I can cope with this much better in this heat. Being in the water gets rid of all my aches and pains, love it.0 -
This week I have a week away from work, so I will be increasing my dog walks and my hubby & I are uplifting our patio & re-laying it (it was an awful mess, due to restricted finances, we cannot afford to have someone come & lay a new one, so we are re-doing the work ourselves). I just wish we hadn't picked the hottest week of the year to do it.
We have already unloaded 1700kg of hardcore by hand shovelled into a barrow, wheeled back and forth from the drive to the back garden, we have unloaded it in the garden raked it over & compacted it , we also had to collect 12 large bags of sand, unload these & and now we are in the midst of relaying the patio. Soon we will be back to the DIY store to get 15 bags of shingle which will also need laying & then an unknown no. of bags of bark....it never ends.
I may do a couple of DVD workouts later in the week if I have any energy left :-)0
