Hi! I just joined this group. I'm a WW member x decades, and I love the support I get from my meetings. I tried MFP, and I found that this kind of tracking was different and perhaps more helpful. I realized that I was not eating a high protein diet - I was eating more fat. I don't track for WW anymore. Is anyone tracking with both programs?
