I will be going in and fixing the codes, so don't worry if things don't add up correctly. All you need to add is screen name (and real name if you like) and (if participating in the weight part of the challenge) weight and goal. Participating in weight, miles, and exercise hours portions of the challenge are all optional -- pick the ones you want to do.
Post here if you can't reach/fill in the spreadsheet.

Well, it still won't let me do anything. Says I need the App, but my phone won't let me download it. I still would like to follow the group, if that's OK. My phone is just a pain.0

I honestly haven't weighed this week. I feel I did OK, for the most part...just not sure bout weight...0

I got to sleep in this morning, first Saturday I didn't have to go somewhere. Anyway, I usually weigh on Fridays but totally missed it! Didn't weigh myself until I got up at 10:30! Loved the number (167.5) but don't trust it, not after being at 172 last week! We'll see what we get in the morning...

I haven't been weighing in all challenge. I think I decided to keep maintaining for now, so am just checking occasionally but not doing a weekly weigh-in.1

I can say..I think..I am maintaining. I am OK with that. Better than gaining. Just really want to get on track and begin losing again. I keep telling myself I'm going to do more... Its just not happening... Too easy to make excuses than to actually do something.0

I'm trying to figure out why I'm finding it hard to get back on track vs. how it was when I first started. It's probably good to have to work through it.0
