Here we are half way through this month already and aren't we all doing so well? Big pat on the back to all fellow squatters :drinker:
I've got myself into a fairly good routine now and get them out the way first thing. I'm not sure if they're having any affect but I feel good for doing them. I enjoy checking out the thread to see who's doing what/when/where.
The games could do with more participants, give them a go if you haven't already.
Anyway, enjoy the rest day. 100 squats tomorrow.

I have been getting my squats in I did not follow the rest days to make up for the 2 or 3 I missed and I've just done a flat 130 today but 100 the other days it is becoming much easier and my butt looks rounder too!0
