Let's try this one...

I won't be doing the sit ups, so I'll double up on the reverse crunch.

Let us know what you think.

Ohhhhhh Chris! My chair slid out from under me at work (Coworkers call out "you okay???" - that loud, oof.) and now have a lovely bruise on my derriere - right about the same spot you want me rolling around on. Just thinking about grinding those glutes on the ground hurts!

    Ow ow ow ow oweeee!

Oh, Paula! Are you okay? I hope so. Okay, you are excused from these exercises because of a black and blue butt! I'll find something for you... hold on...

My arms are looking forward to Ronin tonight. I have a plastic sword from a party store that was for our FIT fitness classes - it'll work great!

Paula imagine you are beating up that chair! Ow, I feel your pain. Sorry your Danny is sore, no photo required. B)

Well I messed up my kindle for a few days. I needed a parental password. So half way through logging one in I thought....self...you...are..the....parent....so I deleted the thing. Then I could not do anything...because I did not know my parental control code........##@%¡??????? Seriously? In order to do anything I had to put my kindle back to factory settings! Now you all know how techy I am........still working on some things. I had to even hunt down my internet password to get on it.

I am a train wreck. Went to Wal-Mart on Saturday. I found some brightly colored tops for 4.99 each. Inspirational sayings on them. Got 6, I feel so fresh again. One of the fish in quarantine jumped. I guess 95% covered top was not good enough! :'( The other will be in the display tank by the weekend. Hopefully she does not jump. Did lots of bench pressing yesterday. My frozen shoulder hates me. Kept me up most of the night. Bought an HP laptop. So now I will be able to visit you all more. And see workouts on it downstairs in my gym. Hubby is taking it with him this week to Montana. He is going to get it ready for me.

    Night all

Paula take a pillow to work

Paula...love your sword!! Ronan was a pretty good kid for us tonight. Hope your bottom is better.

Shelley...so glad you got a laptop! So sorry you had a jumper...so sad. I'm sitting next to you in the non-techie class!!

Walked w/DH this morning for 5.20 miles in 104 mins (6.90 total miles for 15,046 steps) then got on the bike for 15.00 miles in 53 mins and some Ray Donovan then lifted some weights and manages to do the wrong challenge but I did earn a cookie!! Then I shopped then I made chili then we went to see Ronan!! A good Monday!

I didn't realize fish jumped so much until I started reading up on your rock and dragon fish. Such complicated relationships! Can't mix fellows who eat each other, but sometimes they'll share burrows? And if they hide too much under the sand or in the rocks you might never see them. And some carry the corals around as doors to their dens? What a world. :noway:

    So sorry you lost one!

Paula you said it! They are very complicated. That is why it takes me forever to pick one out. But I so enjoy their relationships. The 3 large ones in my main tank hang out together. And I noticed my scooter blending is hanging out with Percy the jawfish. I would love a hawkfish. But they can eat smaller fish and shrimp......so no. I have lost a number of small frags, corals, to a shrimp. He pulls them under the rocks to make his burrow. And I am constantly saving my lettuce slug from the overflow! And a large turbo snail from drowning! Keeps me busy.

Chris thanks. But you are so much more techy than I am. Wow what a busy day for you!

I took today off. Sat in a trial most of the day. Then pulled security at the county commissioners meeting. Thought it might turn nasty for awhile there. Home at 7:30, watered plants, Fed the boys, the fish and corals....ate a sandwich and yes a brownie also.

Paula, almost forgot to mention, my large tanks have really secure covers!

Does it count as Ronin if I sit in the recliner and wave my saber around?

NO PAULA! You must get up off your duff! >:)

Chris I still think a personal trainer is so kewl! And puppy sleep overs! :)

Rocky was gone to Billings Montana for a few days. So tonight we went in the hot tub! I was going to go to Denver and adopt a rag doll cat. But when they found out we had a dog door they said no. :'(

Had to look rag doll cats up...cool kitties! Why did they say no to the adoption? Were they afraid the cat would escape thru the dog door?

Paula...like Shelley said, off your duff, my friend!

Ronan is now over 10 pounds...I can use him as a weight for bicep curls! Gramma's magic did NOT work tonight. I got him to sleep once then he got hungry...I could not get him to sleep after he ate. Oh, man...am I tired.

    Must sleep now.

Rag dolls are called that because they flop in your arms like a raggedy anne. Supposed to be one of the sweetest kitties ever. Too bad the owners didn't want it to have an inside/outside life - your neighborhood looks safe, Shelley.

Okay okay okay. Got off my duff and walked to an election education seminar this morning. That was only 25 minutes and all downhill. Took the long way home, another hour, and all uphill - but shady and the trees smelled wonderful. :)

Yep, they did not want the kitty outside. But while eating breakfast one of the breeders Rocky had spoke with called us. We were able to purchase a 5 year old retired breeder named Breckenridge. I will most likely call her something else. So it was a grab your jacket and drive to Denver after all. She is very curious. And seems very sweet. She is a small cat compared to my last one. But she is the first of her breed I have ever had. So did not mention the dog door! I doubt she will go out anytime soon. Though I did close it up for now. She needs to settle in before I am willing to take a chance on her getting out. Joey is in love of course. Cooper did get a little swat for attacking her. She is eating and already loves her tree house. It will take time for them to get along. There was a large dog at her first home, and children. So it is hopefully just a matter of time.

Chris I love your baby curls! Sorry about the lost sleep. But sleep is over rated! Says the lady who did not want a kitten! :*

Paula so glad you are off your duff finally! Muahaha o:)

The kitty is wandering around. I am sure she is confused among other things. Now she is grooming herself next to me. She let me pet her belly. <3 I locked the boys in with Rocky so I could let her check out the place.

Sounds like you are having the most fun, Shelley! Congratulations on the addition to your furry family!

Walked w/DH and Bean this morning. I am so sore from yesterday's workout that sitting down is killing my thighs!! Getting back up is just as bad! I hope they are better tomorrow. I couldn't even think about getting on the bike this morning. Arms and shoulders are sore but nowhere nearly as sore as my thighs. EGADS!!! :s
